The worst experience I had. I called 12/22 when yet did not have any information on my order, I was told it is not processed yet. I asked to cancel the order, since it had no sense anymore. On the spot , the clerk changed his story and told me my order already left the office and can't be cancelled. On my request to give me a tracking number or any information, I got nothing. The order was sent later by UPS ground shipping, it arrived January 5th. Not all items, that I ordered were sent. I called them and was told I can return unwanted items. The invoice and website said differently- no returns accepted. I can't trust them with return. Neither of the clerks offered apology for the inconvenience . The prices were 60% off by that time on Christmas tree ornaments, they do not do price adjustments. If you want to give people excuses instead of presents- this is where you order.

Poor after-sale service this year. I ordered on November 16, 2020 and have not received the Christmas gifts yet. The company is not responding to e-mails or phone calls requesting a tracking number, so I have no idea if the order has been shipped and I am the victim of porch pirates or not. I am very disappointed and will seriously consider finding another supplier in the future.

The customer service does not respond to inquiries about the shipping and does not provide updates when a shipment is delayed or why. Very disappointing. We still haven't received what we ordered.

It's so amazing that there is Russian book store right in the middle of Manhattan! I am so far from home country but in Saint Petersburg I can find all kind of books - from classic to psychology, there are Russian souvenirs and learning books for kids as well. Staff is very sweet and helpful.
